Ed eccoci qui... Come scritto parecchie volte, la crisi dell'euro e' di solvibilità non di liquidità. La bce non può (cosi' come nessun altro paese Ue) stampare euro. Può "prestarne" a fronte di collaterale (Assets) dati in garanzia. In caso di esaurimento o del deterioramento di questi Assets si arriva all'insolvenza (che e' dove siamo ora). A conferma di questo fatto e di come la Bce accetterà anche mutui re-ipotecati N volte come garanzia, spunta questo articolo di Reuters :
