How do central banks fix all woes ?

Here's the staggering amount of money centrals banks have printed since the 2008 crash.

All this excess liquidity provided through direct assets purchase is still not helping the real economy and is creating more and more "addiction" on financial markets. Everytime a central banker speaks the markets "scream" for more financial liquidity, it doesn't matter if that moneyprinting is government (citizens) debt.
