Il segretario di Stato Mike Pompeo il 23 Luglio scorso ha tenuto uno storico discorso all'esterno della Nixon Library.

Senza tanti giri di parole dopo decenni di una politica di engagement iniziata propro da Nixon e  Kissinger nel 1972, oggi gli Stati Uniti chiamano l'occidente ad unirsi ancora una volta contro quella che è probabilmente la più grande minaccia mai affrontata.

Tutto iniziò per contrastare, contenere e circondare l'Unione Sovietica.
