Karl Haushofer e Halford Mackinder. I padri della Geopolitica Tedesca ed Inglese a confronto

La geopolitica Europea non coincide con quella delle talassocrazie Anglosassoni, anzi, le due sono diametralmente opposte.

Esaminiamo qui sotto brevemente il pensiero di Karl Hauhofer (Lebensraum) e quello di Halford Mackinder (Pivot Heartland).

Da una parte l'Europa continentale dovrebbe unirsi alla Russia per formare il centro più potente al mondo (Haushofer).

Dall'altra parte bisogna fare tutto il possibile per evitare questa possibilità continuando a pattugliare i mari e choke points del mondo (Mackinder) (vedi immagine)

Non è un buon momento per essere un Navy Seal

Questo non è un momento facile se fai parte dei corpi speciali USA .
La guerra al terrore ha portato questi super-soldati a carichi di stress altissimi e a vivere un'unica missione continua che può portare a 10 turni all'estero in 12 anni di attività.
Il  tasso di suicidi ha raggiunto, nel 2013, il record di 49 vittime ma nonostante questo il numero di volontari desiderosi di conquistare la gloria che questi reparti rappresentano e' raddoppiato.

Questi ultimi anni (post 2001) hanno visto l'utilizzo e il successo parziale di malware estremamente sofisticati.
Basti citare Stuxnet, Duqu, Flame e l'operazione Olympic Games per capire di cosa stiamo parlando.
Oggi il mercato degli zero day exploit for vulnerability (pacchetti di codice che permettono di controllare computers guidati da software sui quali è stata trovata una vulnerabilità) è in netta espansione ed è talmente delicato da aver spinto compagnie come la Vupen, Hacking Team o Netgrad ad adottare precauzioni e a commerciare solo con partner alleati Nato.

The Western lack of leadership

The western world and his organizations (Nato included) are experiencing an incredible lack of leadership and sense of responsability.

The "image culture" has turned political leaders into rockstars and public speeches into pure entertainment. The western countries population is now facing a hard truth. This army of political puppets is dragging us into war and serious geopolitical problems.

Is no surprise that the citizens of western "civilized" world are the most unhappy towards their leaders.

Consider, for instance, the Ukrainian crisis , if we are "so much on the right side" and the Russian are the "bad guys" who got it all wrong, why are they so much more happy than us ?

Europe lack of Leadership since euro inception has already his chapter written in history book, as one of the most darkest decades of the old continent...

Euro-Failure update and why the Eurozone needs an enemy

- 15 years has passed since Euro Inception

- 15 years are considered a "generation"

- everyone knew (and still know) that there cannot be a succesfull "Monetary Union" without a "Fiscal Union"

- the eurozone countries are losing political support from european citizens , everyday a bit more

- the only way to keep the europroject alive is by imposing changes (transfer of sovereignty) through euroburocracy (Bce)

- what was thought as a tool for peace and union is revealing itself  quite the opposite (hell is paved with good intentions

The power of propaganda

Our minds are constantly under siege by the propaganda machine, whether from governments or corporations it seems impossible to escape this endless stream of lies that are trying to guide us and move us into preestablished directions.

An example from one of the greatest Propaganda Master ever, an extract from a conversation between Joseph Goebbels (Reich Minister of Propaganda in Nazi Germany from 1933 to 1945) and director Fritz Lang :

Democracy and Perpetual War

The western world is declining and while doing so is pressuring the east and middle east to adopt his value and his "way of life".  Empires collapses from within, they don't get overthrown by external aggressor. When the time is right  all it takes is just a little push and they fall apart.

India, China and the Middle east are offering a strong resistance to western domination. Their resistance appears irrational to us, their culture appears irrational to us. But in the end what wins, and stand out, is only a strong belief no matter how rational or irrational it is. Societies that adopt western "way of life" shows a weakness in their moral values. They accept changes from the outside.

Western evolution is at his peak of rationality and that means self-interest and egoism above all, no one is rationally willing to sacrifice his life and comfort for  a society, an abstract value or an idea. This path, ironically, should represent peace and prosperity but instead it leads to extinction.

Does Economic War forestall Military War ?

Geopolitical update:

- Ukraine "civil war" is escalating and could easily end up in a continental war opposing Usa and Russia on the European ground

- Putin is not backing down from western pressure

- Brics are forming an alternative to the Imf and World Bank, they will slowly try to move away from Bretton Woods and Us Dollar hegemony

- All "International Institutions" are under American Control

- Usa simply won't allow another "world standard" different from theirs, no matter the costs or the actions they will have to take

-  Russia offered economic support to Cuba and Argentina (the two most strategic countries, from a geopolitical point of view, in central and south America)

- Europe is highly dependent on Russia's Energy but is (blindly) following American orders

- After the 2008 crisis the western world can't fix their economy, all the money printing from central banks has increased the value of financial assets and stock markets but is not helping the real economy

- War remains the best possible economic stimulus

- The World got into word war II riding horses and got out flying supersonic jets (from spur to supersonic)

- In 1941 Japan attacked the Us Navy in Pearl Harbour only after the American Oil Embargo (economic war) gave them no other choice.
